BHTM Program


The Bachelor of Hospitality and Tourism Management (BHTM) program is a 3 year campus based program offered with a view to impart in-depth knowledge and broad understanding of hospitality management. This is a management program specifically adapted to all dimensions of the hospitality sector: hospitality, event, travel, recreation and leisure. Training covers all the fundamentals, while including new management approaches, and gradually leads to specialization in a specific sector.

Duration: Three Years

Eligibility
Pass in Class XII or equivalent with an aggregate of 50% and above in any discipline. Final year students awaiting results can also apply.

Award of Degree
Successful students completing the program will be awarded the degree in their respective discipline by The ICFAI University, Jaipur subject to University regulations.

Program Structure
The BHTM Program is divided into 6 semesters spread over 3 years. The program covers 26 core courses including soft skills courses and 4 electives. In addition, students also undertake 2 summer internship programs, one at the end of the first year and the second one at the end of the second year along with a major internship across the sixth semester. The University follows a Credit-based semester system of teaching-learning and evaluation.
