My passion for Training (in Soft Skills) started way back in 2016, when I was pursuing my MBA in HR and Finance at ICFAI Business School (IBS), Jaipur. I then associated myself with multiple organizations in the HR vertical. While being a part of the corporate world, I noticed a growing gap between the technical skills and the soft skills. That’s when Enlign with Kirti came into being. Enlign with Kirti aims at breaking learning barriers of its trainees, help communicate effectively and have a wholesome growth, both professionally and personally. Enlign with Kirti offers training to entrepreneurs, new professionals entering the corporate world and young minds in their adolescence for greater personal, social and professional success.

Shri Ramakrishna (SRK) Hospital is a 50 Bedded multispecialty center built with a noble cause to provide quality & affordable care to all in the community. In this service-oriented field, the hospital administrator plays a major role for the proper functioning of the system. Hereby, I take the responsibility to manage the entire administrative services of the hospital like- Handling Marketing sector, Finance Sector, Public Relations, Staff Management, Patient care, Maintenance department, MRD, Purchase sector, Mediclaim Department. I thank the faculty & entire team of IBS for giving me the confidence to manage the hospital administration & always being supportive and encouraging.
