Dr. Vidhu K. Mathur is a seasoned academician and industry expert with over 25 years of experience in academia and three years in the corporate sector. His extensive expertise spans Marketing, Strategic Management, and SME Leadership, demonstrating a deep commitment to fostering excellence and innovation in both education and industry.

His research interests lie in entrepreneurship and urban infrastructure, with a growing body of scholarly work to his name. Notably, his recent article titled “Food Waste in India: Prevention Strategies and Outcomes” was published by the Waste Management World Journal of the ISWA International Solid Waste Association, WEKA Industry Median GmbH, Germany. In addition, his book chapter, “Clustering the Indian Teens to Study Their Psycho-orientation to Measure Satisfaction and Attachment Towards Online Food Application,” has been published by Palgrave Macmillan, Singapore.

Dr. Mathur has successfully guided four doctoral research scholars and continues to contribute significantly to academic research, curriculum development, and institutional leadership.
