Five Days Online Faculty Development Program: Personal and Professional Effectiveness Management – For Academic Professionals was organized during 6 th - 10 th September 2021 by the ICFAI Business School, Jaipur.

Objective:
This was a five-day Faculty Development Program conceived to discuss the various aspects of personal and professional effectiveness management with the academic fraternity.

Actuated by the encouraging response received from the participants and the resource persons ICFAI Business School, Jaipur, plans to continue with the initiatives like FDP, MDP, and similar development interventions. These collaborative programs can also be planned under the aegis of some regulatory or professional body. The opportunities to have their sponsorship or backing for such events would be explored in near future. The next set of an event is a plan for the working professionals as an Executive/Management Development Program which may be a day or two- day event.

• Dr. Alka Shrivastava participated in an Online Faculty Development Program on "Quantification of Human Resource with HR Analytics” organized by AICTE Training and Learning (ATAL) Academy from 19-23 July, 2021.
• Dr. Avinash Gupta participated in an Online Faculty Development Program on “Research Methods and Data Analysis Techniques” organized from Central University of Jammu form July 26-August 16, 2021.
• Dr. Shweta Jain participated in ASAR International Conference on Social Science, Humanities and Business Management organized by Asian Society for Academic Research on August 25, 2021 (at Kanchipuram) and presented paper titled “Readiness of Indian Parents for OTT Content”.
• Dr. Shweta Jain participated in ASAR International Conference on Social Science, Humanities and Business Management organized by Asian Society for Academic Research on October 12, 2021 (at Jabalpur) and presented paper titled ““Evolution & Development of Education for CWSN (Children with Special Needs) in India”.
